Our activewear is built for performance and designed to last. To keep your pieces looking and performing at their best, follow these simple care guidelines:

Washing

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle.
Wash inside out to protect prints and detailing.
Wash with similar colours to avoid colour transfer.
Avoid fabric softeners – they can weaken technical fabrics and stretch recovery.

Drying

Hang dry in the shade.
Do not tumble dry – heat can damage fabric elasticity.
Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading.

Ironing & Care

Do not iron prints, reflective logos, or rubberised details.
If ironing is needed, use a cool iron on the reverse side.
Do not bleach or dry clean.

Extra Tips

Remove promptly from the wash to avoid creasing and odour build-up.
Store in a cool, dry place.
For longevity, avoid rough surfaces and sharp objects that can snag fabric.

I’m really impressed with the R4W Pro Flex Tee. The fit is spot on athletic without being too tight and it sits perfectly on the shoulders and chest while still allowing plenty of room to move. The material feels premium and lightweight, especially compared to some bigger brands that use cheaper feeling polyester.

The grey colour is versatile and easy to pair with anything. You can tell the quality is there from the stitching and overall finish. It’s definitely one of the better gym tees I’ve owned.

Highly recommended and will be buying more in future.

Amazing quality but the neck is extremely light and annoying during training plus the sleeves are very big and would be better compressed other than that the look is amazing and quality the best.

Wore this navy tee at the Albury tennis tournament and loved it. Super comfortable, breathable, and perfect for warm up drills before match play. Clean look, great fit and performed all day on court.

Not only do I like them, the Mrs' loves them too. Especially the extra zip pocket, under the normal pocket on the left side. 10/10 👌
