Refund policy
This is our refund and returns policy – please read carefully before you buy with us, to enable a smooth transaction and good relationship between us;
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In such cases, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit equal to the original purchase value. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Your items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be received back to us in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags/labels attached and in its original packaging. Your receipt/proof of purchase must also be provided.
Returns will not be accepted for custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), sale items or gift cards.
Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to receive a store credit or refund of the original purchase amount (excluding delivery costs).
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to wear and tear are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
