Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders (R4W)

Some R4W items are released as Pre-Orders. This means you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock and will be produced and dispatched at a later date.

  • Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page, along with an estimated dispatch timeframe.

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout to secure your order.

  • Dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to production or freight timelines. If there are any significant delays, we’ll keep you updated via email.

Important Pre-Order Terms

  • All pre-orders are final.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once placed.

  • This includes changes to size, colour, or shipping details.

Once your pre-order has been dispatched, it will be covered under our standard Returns Policy (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
